after a grueling period in confinement at another clinical study (19 days) i’m out and back home in albany. chilling with my doggy, finally can spin some records and do laundry. it’s only for like 3 days though, cause i’m going back to buffalo on saturday. cause you’re all so nice and i like being there. so catch me out at soundlab on saturday. i’ll post more about that later. for now, sleep.

i’ll be getting out this morning and heading to divine machine to price some ink. than off to soundlab in the evening to see fourem do his thing. i hope to see you all out at some point. this kid hasn’t drank in three weeks and is looking for a binder. drinks are on me.

i’m in buffalo still and so far its been a grueling 10 days in this study but i’m making it work. i wear scrubs all day and watch tv, not a bad deal. i just find myself bored as hell. but the end is in sight and i’ll be out of here soon. i have some rough ideas for some tracks i’d like to finish. and by finish i mean, actually start and bounce.
i’m gonna work on a new house mix once i get home before the show in nyc. if anyone is free, we should hop the train together, that’d be pretty dope.

i came across this unit while looking at some tutorials of the new version of traktor pro. its manufactured by jazzmutant, and its called the lemur. i know, what?! whatever. this piece of hardware, is a gem. it completely blows ANY control surface out of the water. whether you are using reason, ableton, traktor, anything at all, you can control it. and it can all be controlled at the same time. completely bypassing wanting one, i feel like i need one! haha tech as hell! and i thought my kaos pad was bad-ass.
